Governing Law
By accessing and using the MuniRunner software modules, the entity user expressly waives sovereign immunity solely to the extent necessary for the resolution of disputes arising directly from the use of the software. This waiver is limited to claims arising out of contractual matters or intellectual property disputes related to the MuniRunner software. The waiver does not extend to any other legal actions, and the entity user retains sovereign immunity for matters unrelated to the use of the software. This limited waiver is a material condition for the entity's access to and use of the software.
